This place was wonderful! Unfortunately, we only used it as a brief stop between Bushmills and Killarney. Even so, Joan made us feel so much at home for the few hours we were there. Lios Inis is a townhouse and this was when we felt the most at home during our Ireland vacation. We are treated like family and enjoyed...

Joan and her husband were excellent hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Morning breakfast was to order. All ate at a common table. Joan was very accommodating as my daughter was ill and made a tray for my daughter each day! Her husband was always available to transport us if needed, but we had a rental car...

This is a fabulous little B & B! On arrival, Joan generously offered to drive us into Galway and gave us directions on how to get back to the B & B. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite bathroom was a very...

Joan and Pat are up for Hosts of the year in our opinion! Thanks for the lifts to central Galway, the great breakfasts, conversation and suggestions. This is all on top of providing a quiet, clean and very comfortable room for the two of us! Great spot if staying in Galway and you wish to avoid noise and crowds.

Perfectly located for exploring galway city centre. Lovely rooms and absolutely excellent hosts. So friendly and so full of information about the area. Even offered to run us into town. Breakfast was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed one night and had a wonderful time. Joan was a wonderful cook and very sweet to us, giving us suggestions for food, pubs and entertainment in Galway. She directed us to St. Nickolas church there, where we saw a wonderful concert with beautiful Irish music!

My wife and I stayed here for one night in Galway and we were delighted. The room and bathroom were spacious and the house is modern, but charming. Joan was very warm and quite funny. She helped us find a great restaurant as well as transport into the town. Joan's breafast was large, fresh and very tasty.

Joan was a great hostess for our one night in Galway. She was very friendly and helpful, offering to drive us into town for an evening out. The room was small, but quiet. Amenities were just basic, but the breakfast was cooked to order and very good.

Myself, my wife, and my parents stayed here on our first evening in Ireland in mid-January. The owner Joan was amongst the friendliest people we met on our entire 10 day trip and truly lived up to the hospitality the Irish are famous for. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and her...

My girlfriend and I stayed for a night. We arrived a bit early but she was able to accommodate us very quickly. She provided us with ideas to explore the area it was extremely helpful. It wasn't such a bad walk to the city centre maybe like 20 minutes. The room was the best bnb we stayed at in Ireland....
