the hotel is basic but very comfortable, there is a bar downstairs but despite being directly over it we heard nothing - the staff were excellent, the hotel clean & the location perfect, a 25/30 min walk to Eyre Square or a €7 taxi ride from the rank outside

As two students this was an absolute gem of a find! Right on the prom and in the middle of the town the holiday hotel is perfect for anyone. It's a real old fashion, warm, cosy, homely hotel. Comfy beds, spotless room, a shower and a TV what more do you need? The staff were a great bunch very helpful...

I stayed here with my partner for the weekend of the Run Galway Bay marathon. We were made feel very welcome on arrival and the rooms were clean and had everything we required. It was also surprisingly quiet at night considering the location. Meals are not served on site but The Galleon across the street has an excellent breakfast menu....

I stayed here with my husband for one night to attend a family event. My relatives were staying in apartments near by so we booked this hotel due to its close location to them. It couldn't have been better. I saw two of the rooms and they were a decent size. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very...

The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very nice and close to great restraunts and O Conners bar....

We stayed here for our second time last week. We had our two grandchildren with us and they had a great time in Galway in general. The hotel is located on the promenade. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable and all linen fresh. Room was cozy and warm and even though above a bar there was no...

Centrally located hotel in Salthill. In walking distance of all amenities in the town. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The rooms are above a bar... The office.. Which was really buzzing and good for a quick drink.

We just stopped here for a few drinks. They were lovely and the atmosphere was very relaxed. It is situated in a very peaceful spot and lovely just to sit and chill. The staff were very friendly. I was just wondering if there was a child's bubble gun toy left behind?
