From check in to check out we had a smooth experience. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety to choose from in the buffet. Staff were very helpful (especially David at breakfast) extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. The location was fantastic right at the start of Shopping street, with a parking station right next door (cheaper rate for guests). Thanks...

First of all, the location is perfect for exploring Galway and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, bars. We only were guests for one night, but would have been perfectly happy with the hotel if we stayed longer. Good value, but the double bed with a twin in the room is something we see in Europe, but...

I read reviews here and in various print guide books. Frankly, I expected a whole lot more. Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Room was small, although advertised otherwise. Admittedly, spotlessly clean. No hair dryer nor electric outlet in bathroom. Hotel situated right next to the rushing River Corrib and on the edge of the Latin Quarter. A lot...

Stayed two nights and found the location excellent, just next to the Latin Quarter and easy access to walk to the promenade. Good value for the room, continental breakfast had a lot of choices. Ate one dinner at the bar and had bad service.

We spent two night in this hotel. The hotel is located on a street which is packed with restaurants and pubs. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was clean and spacious.

A one day trip Galway with friends Friday to Saturday. As Friday was a really bad weather day for the Cliffs we stayed in Galway. The hotel is excellently located next door to where the action is. A little noise outside given it was Friday, but windows have double glass so we did not have trouble sleeping. Next day off...

This is a fabulous hotel. We were a group of 4 friends visiting for our 50th birthdays. It's in a perfect location, right at the end of the Main Street yet really quiet.
