Even though Ireland is known for their B&Bs, it was a nice change to say in a hotel. So we were glad we did when we stopped in Galway. It was close to the water and downtown (High St/Quay St.) area. Our room was big for the 3 of us and always clean. We arrived very late (after 1 am)...

Stayed during mid term break with my mam and two teenagers. It is literally a 3 minute walk from shop street, all the main shopping areas, great coffee shops. I hate walking or being outside the centre so it really isn't far! Beds super comfy, rooms clean and fairly modern. I always stay minimum 4 star hotels but with all...

I have been to the Harbour many times, for food and drinks and love the place so much that I wanted to book an engagement party, turns out that there was no availability but Emer who is in charge of the events and bookings went above and beyond to help me, and I didn't have to ask and she did...

We booked two rooms for my sons graduation. Normally check in is 3pm but we arrived at the hotel looking for some where to change our clothes at 12 noon. Nothing was a problem for the young man on reception and within ten minutes two rooms were available to us. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat...

The hotel is not in the center of things, but is only a five minute walk to the center of things, which is perfect for me. Had a little bit of an issue with the hot pot that makes coffee, but it was resolved straight away. Not much of a view, but I wasn't there for the view. All in...

I can't say enough about the accommodating feeling from the staff at this hotel. We arrived in Shannon on a red eye from the US very early in the morning and drove straight to Harbour Hotel in hopes that we could park our rental there for the day even though check in is at 3pm. This hotel is placed in a very cozy position, just 5 mins from the town center. The room was alright, spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was really awesome, great quality there. You have to check-in in order to access the breakfast room, which is in my opinion very formal and a bit weird. The personnel at the reception was professional...
