Stayed for a night mid week with a group of 9 friends. It was good value at €99 for a triple room with breakfast. The room was roasting hot, the handle of the bathroom door came off. Room service was good we made several requests and they were promptly delivered. We arrived down for breakfast at 10am only to be...

My family and i enjoyed a comfortable evening here during our visit to Galway. The rooms were small but the bedding comfortable and modern bathrooms. The location was great to go out in the evening and close to the Latin Quarter. A lovely pub/dining room where we had a nice full breakfast in the morning. The staff was lovely and...

Stayed here for 2 nights after Christmas for a break away. Great location, right in the centre. Very reasonably priced for such a good location. No need for taxis or buses as the city and shops are at the door step. Our room was a bit small and basic but for the price we paid it was great and we...

Although there were some downsides to the stay (our room key didn't work, some of the staff were unhelpful, no scones at breakfast, we could hear the bar music from our room) overall our experience was pleasant. The room was for 3 people and it was big enough that we all had our own space. The beds were extremely comfortable...

Stayed overnight for work recently on a Sunday night.Staff very pleasant and helpful. A little apprehensive as it looked like cleaning was still in progress as the corridor beside bedroom had some empty glasses, empty vodka bottles etc.Thankfully the partying didn't happen Sunday night!! Great location, breakfast was fine. Would ask for room at back if staying again. The room was...

Great hotel and pub attached. Located at one end of Eyre Square so an easy walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and overall a great stay. If you like an ultra-modern hotel with full air-con, maybe not for you but a place with a lot of character and location more than makes up...

I arrived expecting the average hotel experience, to my surprise it was so much more. The weekend started with a few hours in the bar, served by great staff in great surroundings. My bedroom was conveniently located beside the elevator, I thought this would lead to a disruptive nights sleep but nothing could wake me once my head hit the...

Had absolutely terrible food here. Were waiting a long time for the food and by the time it came out, the food was cold. The server told us he would rectify it and came back with warm food for one person. Seemed to be a lack of communication between the servers. Staff were kind of friendly but didn't know what...
