We stayed a Thursday and Friday night while visiting relatives in the area. Hotel is clean, room are nice, clean and of reasonable size. Check in was time consuming as their room system was having an issue and they needed to call housekeeping to confirm room was cleaned. Thursday night was fine but a wedding was taking place Friday night...

This was a real delight to stay at, huuuuge rooms, incredibly quiet even with the bedroom window open, very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom, a variety of shared spaces such as bar, lounge, deck, patio, conservatory, foyer. All in all a great place to stay. It is directly across from the waterfront with a lovely promenade, even in the drizzle. There...

Availed of the two night over 50's package which with dinner included offers very good value. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready but top marks for Catherine in reception phoning my mobile within the half hour of advice that it was now ready. The room had a partial sea view. The room and bathroom were spotless...

This hotel looks bright from the outside and does not disappoint once inside. We had 2 rooms and both were neat and clean and had very comfy beds. Breakfast was good in a nicely laid out area with a good choice for all, my wife and sister-in-law had the fruit and cereals whilst I had the full Irish. There was...

Came to this hotel mid Easter mid term and although it's a cab ride from town it has some amazing charming attributes. My favourite thing about this hotel was our barman Aaron who went above and beyond to please us. He was friendly, easy going, hard working and diligent in every aspect of his job. Hotel has a beautiful view...

The hotel is very out dated over all. Rooms are plain old looking and not very nice. 150€ per night with out breakfast is a complete rip off for and old hotel with slow and in helpful staff. You can pay 10€ at reciption when you check in for your breakfast or 13€ when you got down to have breakfast......

Stayed 1 night with large family group 9 of those were from the USA. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff were polite and friendly. At check-out the staff came into their own. My 84 year old Mother took a bad fall. Immediately the staff were on hand, they managed to get a paramedic who was staying at...

Everything was amazing at the Galway Bay hotel! We took advantage of the 2 nights "over 50's" deal and were so happy with it. Room, breakfast, and dinner were excellent. Great value for your money. I highly recommend!!
