We live locally and had heard a lot of good comments about the show, we decided to see for ourselves last week. Definitely one of our better decisions, the show ran for almost two hours but the time flew. All aspects of traditional Irish music were feasted on our eyes and ears, and even though I'm not a trad fan,...

Dear Mike, It was our pleasure to welcome you to the Galway Bay Hotel recently and I am delighted to read that you really enjoyed Trad on the Prom. As you mention it is a marvelous show – a celebration of Irish music, song and dance – the world champion Irish dancers and musicians receive standing ovations each evening. Trevor...

We stayed as a treat for our wedding anniversary and I'm so glad we did. The room was a good size, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and I couldn't hear a thing from other guests. The staff across the hotel could not have been more helpful and in fact the ladies in Reception accommodated a...

When we visited Galway we decided on here for food. We went to the Scadan Caoc bar but then decided to sit in the seaview lounge for views of fantastic Salthill. The service here is quick and all the staff very polite. The chowder has lots of fish in it and isn't too creamy either, the way I like it....
