Very convenient location- short walk to the shops and restaurants. Room we stayed in was of high quality and super clean. Staff were very friendly and food excellent. Would highly recommend it for a short get away.

The Radison is a good hotel but couldn't give it 5 stars because of the location. There wasn't much around there within walking distance for us except a convenience store. It is near the train station, so that was a plus. We never made it into the city center because of time limits and we were not able to walk...

Dear Guest We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Galway. We are sorry however that you were disappointed with our location and its proximity to the city centre. Eyre Square is a few minutes walk but we appreciate it is a longer walk to Quay Street and the Latin Quarter. We are pleased you enjoyed our food, bedrooms...

Excellent price for quality. Clean, modern hotel. Located a stone's throw from the train station....but not noisy. A few blocks from the downtown core. Staff friendly and helpful. Food great. Galway is an amazing city to see. Take the hop on hop off tour.

Having just glanced at the reviews before I booked I thought a 4 star hotel cannot be that bad. From a frosty receptionist on booking in - to a long walk and 2 lifts to the room, with FROSTED GLASS on the windows I knew this wasn't going to be a great experience. Doors banging in the hallway, which could...

Dear Guest Thank you for your comments on Trip Advisor. We are sorry that you did not experience a warm welcome on arrival and we will raise this with our Front Office Manager. We have rooms that are further away from the reception than others. We regret that you were disturbed by doors banging in the hallway. Our super buffet...

Stayed a couple of times whilst watching rugby at the sports ground (Connaught) which is 10 mins walk away. Usually a good crowd in the bar before and after games. Rooms up to usual Raddison standard and breakfast also good. Parking available under hotel.

Lovely hotel very modern, staff were very friendly, location is central, overnight parking was 5 euro so not too bad, could probably highlight how to get from car park to reception a bit easier (no access via stairs) seemed to confuse a lot of people. Breakfast was nice, all you can eat so no complaints from me! The lifts are...

I was part of a tour group that had a very nice dinner here. The staff was happy to discuss which selections were gluten free (there were alot). Hotel is conveniently close to Eyre Square and all the restaurants, pubs, and shops but in a quiet area.

This is a good place to stay in Galway. It is very centrally located to Eyre Square and only about 5 minutes stroll away, and all the activities of the city centre. We made the drive from Dublin to Galway and arrived at a time of a busy conference. My husband and I stayed at the hotel as part of a babymoon weekend away. This meant that I could walk to and from the shops and restaurants heavily pregnant, without being too tired! Food...
