Room size was ok. No fridge in the room. Sound insulation was not great, Noises from the hallway waked up at night when people were coming back from the bar. 2km from city center. Local bus runs in front of hotel. Single way 2€ and one day ticket 4,20€. Free parking area.

Didn't get any information about getting a smoking room on the booking or at check in. Wasn't nice to sleep with the smell. bathroom was clean but not nice at all, looked very old....

I stayed here one night while sweeping through the west of Ireland. The staff were very nice, but I did find the space itself a bit strange. I may be wrong but it seems like the hotel was built in sections, so that when you are walking thru the halls it feels like each section of hallway (divided by glass...

I was in Galway recently on business and visited Flannery's restaurant for dinner late one of the evenings after a long hard day. This was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I turned up into Galway at midnight after 13 hours of driving. Phil and his Buddy at reception injected well need humour into my long night. Thanks gentlemen! They gave me a good rate, not the best room in the hotel but a busy Arts Festival and Races weekend so no comlaints...other than the shower head needs replacing.

Lovely cosy hotel. Newly decorated with dinky bathroom. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. The fact that room was down at the end of the corridor (room 220) helped.Breakfast was nice with added bonus of 11am finish. Other hotels please take note. Staff were lovely and friendly. We didn't want our room cleaned and the girls left a bag on...
