We stayed here just for a night and we really appreciated this B&B.Our room was bright and clean, but the best thing was the delicious full Irish breakfast the morning after. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

It was an old house, the sleeping bed where terrible, we felt the iron in our back. Breakfast was in a dark not fresh room. The location is ideal , near sea and beach, 15 walk from hops and restaurants

We were lost...many time in our journey through Ireland. We were looking for our B&B but were never sent a confirmation email when we booked the night before. I had remembered booking at the Ard Mhurire, but I was wrong. After being lost for hours we finally stumbled on the Ard Mhurie...but since we were not booked there he was...

We stayed in this B&B for one night and were very pleased with it overall. We were met with a warm welcome despite having arrived well after the check-in hours at 9pm. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast selection was probably the best I've seen in an Irish B&B. This place might not be the best...

The owner of the place was great! He was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of from food to transportation to tours. The whole B&B looks like it was recently updated. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Overall this was a wonderful home away from home while visiting the great city of Galway.

We didn't get to stay in this B&B as at 22.03 the night before we were supposed to arrive at the B&B to attend a wedding the owner texted us to advise that he would be unable to have us stay as they were closed due to illness. I understand that people do get sick and he did offer to...

This was our second trip to Galway. Ard Mhuire is located a short distance from the City Center, enough to be quiet and restful but close enough for a quick bus or taxi ride. Padraig was a great host, very accommodating with great insights on the area, and the room was beautifully furnished and spacious. Thanks Padraig.

I had booked room #7 and when we arrived, the owner said he had given it to someone else staying more nights than us. So the first impression is a bad impression: you cannot trust the owner's emails. Then he gave us a big family room, saying we would be happy because it was much bigger than the room we...

This bed & breakfast is the nicest I have stayed in! It is impeccably clean, has beautiful white vintage furniture in the room and has the most comfortable bed. The breakfast is fantastic, they offer a full Irish breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, sausages etc. It is located about a 5 min drive out of town so if you don't...
