The room was great- the bathroom was amazing! That's important when you have 3 females sharing one. :) The employees were amazing also- front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I would stay at Park House again!

We arrived for 2 nights, the weekend before Christmas and the hotel was great in general!. The location was perfect for us because it is just in front of the Galway coach station. So the bus from Dublin arrived here and we just crossed the street for the hotel. The next two days we had different day tours and the...

This is a truly wonderful hotel. We have had dinners here but New Year's Eve was the first time we stayed. We were attending the gala dinner. This was a fantastic night. Five course dinner and plenty of choices. I had pate soup steak dessert tea. My husband had smoked salmon lamb soup dessert tea. The rest of our group...

Handy location, parking behind the hotel, rooms spacious, staff very helpful. Not a 'glam/glitzy' hotel but rather a pleasant 'old world' feel. We were recommended to "Loam", a recently opened restaurant just out through the carpark and across the road. It was very chic and tasty!

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff really goes out of their way to be helpful. Our stay included the full Irish breakfast each morning. Superb. We also dined in their restaurant a couple of nights and found both the food and service excellent. This was my second time staying at this hotel because the first was such...

From the moment we arrived, we were struck not only by the wonderful, cozy atmosphere of the hotel, decorated so beautifully for Christmas, but by the professionalism of the staff. We had asked ahead if we could leave our luggage at the hotel prior to our check-in as our flight would be arriving very early that morning. When we arrived...

We stayed here for two nights from 30 December 2014 - 1 January 2015 in one of their Superior Double Rooms. We had an excellent initial reception from both the concierge parking and customer service staff despite the busy nature of the venue. The level of finish in the hotel is excellent and it is a true country hotel but...

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. Great location, no taxi required and parking available at the back. The hotel's interior is quite old fashioned but still a very pleasant experience.
