We stayed there one night and the place was immaculate and everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was awesome with more food than we could eat. We would definitely recommend this place.

It is probably about a 15- to 20-minute walk to the center of town, where many shops and restaurants are. If you walk slowly, it might take longer than that.
