We visited Galway as part of a driving tour of Ireland and stayed at the Clybaun as when we booked we thought this could be a luxury night amidst a few Premier Inn stays. However, this was not to be the case. The public areas of the hotel are very night, lots of glass and leather but our room was...

Dear TripAdvisor Member, Thank you for sharing feedback in relation to your recent stay. In truth a lot of what you've shared is quite surprising as most of our guests are normally far more impressed with our hotel. Your compliments about the hotel's public areas and our Easter egg gesture are welcomed but we are very disappointed that overall you...

I spent quite a lot of time in the Clybaun, we go there most weekends for food, the carvery and new bar menu are delicious, there are plenty of gluten free options available too. Some lovely areas to sit down. Only down side is sometimes when we go in it's so busy the only area available to sit is closed...

We just spent two fantastic nights at the clybaun Hotel. The Hotel is well maintained and nicely situated on the outskirts of Galway city and Salthill. Though not a central location it has regular bus and taxi services if you don't fancy driving into the city. The reception area is always well staffed and we were made to feel really...

Dear TripAdvisor Member, Your detailed review is greatly appreciated as it encapsulates perfectly the services and facilities we offer both on a regular basis but also the extras available to our guests at peak times like Easter Holidays. Our reception staff impressed immediately from your initial check-in and it's obvious that Anne and Asling both left a lasting impression. The...

Lovely stay at the Clybaun Hotel, staff were very obliging & courteous & the breakfasts were lovely. I would really recommend a stay in this hotel. My only complaint was that the rooms were too hot. No complaints whatsoever.

We decided to bring the kids to the West for a few days during the Easter holiday break. We needed a hotel that easily accessible and close to Galway city, but located beside the gaeltacht as we planned to spend some time in Spiddal and the Aran Islands. We booked the Clybaun Hotel as it ticked all the boxes and...

Stayed 2 nights at the Clybaun hotel with family (2 kids - ages: 17 & 10). The room was spacious. 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Quality of the single beds was less good compared to the very good quality of the double bed. Decoration of the room is very sober. Good breakfast in nice maritime style restaurant. We...

We stayed in the Clybaun hotel for a weekend family trip to Galway. This is the third time we stayed there and it is always an enjoyable time. The facilities are good with access to the pool for the kids, the room is comfortable, and the staff are always very friendly.

Stayed here one night with family. Its a totally bog standard hotel. Nothing exciting. Farther from Salthill than we expected and a bit expensive at 179 with no breakfast included. Wouldn't remember this hotel let alone recommend it.
