Received a gift voucher and was pleasantly surprised. Spent next night in Galway City but in hindsight should have stayed second night here. Great location for walking the prom and really friendly helpful staff

We stayed at Salthill for 3 nights..A lovely hotel with all mod cons. We ate each night in the Prom restaurant, the food was fantastic, the service was prompt and the staff were wonderful. Would like to give a big thumbs up to Peggy on reception, she sure does a great job, at no time did we feel like just...

Breakfast great, good selection. Dinner was extremely poor. Fillet steak was tough, tasteless and over cooked it was served with frozen/prepackaged chips and vegetables, I expect fresh veg, homemade chips

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel recently. The hotel is nicely decorated, comfortable and spotless. The bar is nice and relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was delicious. The location is excellent, accross from the promenade, and there is a bus stop outside the hotel, where you can get a bus into town.

Very good stay but the price was a bit steep. The room was like a premier Inn room and you can get that for 35 quid sometimes. Stay was good and I would come again. The pool and sauna were 1st class. ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I am currently staying here on a study/business trip which I have done over the past few months and have several more stays booked in the coming months. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, accommodation, food and general facilities. All staff are extremely helpful to all my requests no matter how long the list! Going above and beyond...

Brilliant location overlooking sea in Salthill. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. On the downside it was hard to get parking due to a wedding on the Friday and a charity event on the Saturday. Bar food was adequate but lacking taste.

What made our stay so unforgettable experience is staff's friendliness. From all countries we visited and hotels we stayed Salthill's "people" are the best from the best. Unfortunately housekeeping is not the greatest strength of this hotel. Curtains in our room were stained with pieces of dried food still on it. In seal's fracture around bath tub someone's hair. Room...

Located on seafront promenade the salthill hotel is the ideal location. We were given a lovely room with seaview. Hotel was spotlessly clean , Staff were friendly and helpful. Food excellent. We would definitely go back again.

Myself and my kids were treated so kindly from check in to check out; the staff could not have been more helpful! There is plenty of space in the hotel reception area and bar for getting food with the kids and a great pool there too!
