The B&B was very welcoming. The couple that own it are very warm and helpful. The B&B is just a few minutes away from the center of town, food markets and the ocean. The breakfast they provide is VERY delicious and filling. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds were made everyday. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying...

I came up to Galway to support my brother who competed in a triathlon. Patricia and Jimmy treated me like one of the family and gave me great tips for finding good local eats, music, sights, and markets. The room was clean, the shower hot, and the bed comfy. Being a girl, the hairdryer came in handy. Being alone, it...

Myself and my wife had the most enjoyable, pleasant and cosy stay in the Swallow. The bed was so comfortable and the ensuite spacious. Simple details such as a socket next to the bed to keep your phone charged or a private area out the back for smokers to sit down in comfort whilst enjoying a cigarette are great. But...

We turned up without a booking on the Bank Holiday weekend, STUPID!!! We were made very welcome by Patricia who told us there was a room available for one night only, the following morning she told us we could stay another night as she had done some rearranging. We were delighted, its a lovely place to stay, light airy room...

I just stayed there with 11 family members and we were able to occupy the full 2nd floor of the B & B. The en suite bathrooms were great with such a large group and our hosts were so kind and helpful. This is my second stay at the Swallow B & B, and I would certainly make this my...

Very well located, just 10 minutes to the city centre. Car parking space in front of the B&B. Lovely couple who owns the place! Old but clean and cosy rooms and hot water in the shower! Good breakfast buffet! We would stay there again...

Comfortable, clean rooms with good facilities (nice shower). Good location with five minutes walk to centre town. Possibility to park off the street was valued. Breakfast was OK but not the best. Nice, friendly reception by the owners.

Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are reasonably priced but understand that the price does not include a cooked breakfast. Single rooms are quite small so be prepared for this. Overall it is centrally located therefore the price matches what is provided.
