We stayed in one of the two room suites in back of the hotel. The set up of the apartment was nice and included a washing machine. When we arrived I found hairs in the living room and bath which made me question the cleanliness. The internet was down 4 of the 5 days we stayed even though I let...

Overall ok hotel. It was a bit sparse. We had a suite with 2 rooms and a kitchenette. It fit our family of 4 well. It is close to the square. Parking was tricky as the cars get stacked in apparently first come first served and it can get full. It was loud with the water heater though being in...

stayed 2 nights BB 17th & 18th June. Was happy with room, cleanliness, reception staff, carpark and location. Had full Irish breakfast 2 mornings. My bacon was hard and cool first morning. Second morning I referred to this & requested my breakfast be freshly cooked so that it would be hot & softer. The server seemed unimpressed with this request...

Unfortunately, as soon as we checked in to this hotel, the first thing we wanted to do was take a shower after a long day of travel. The shower had mold in it. Immediately this made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel room, so we decided to check out and find accommodation elsewhere.

We stayed for 4 nights. Hotel was a great base for exploring Galway and local countryside. Staff were very helpful, and thank you Aidan who gave us some great suggestions for our sightseeing trips. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were tasty. Scones were excellent. Would definitely come back.

In a small room on a noisy street with no air conditioning which is making for a very poor nights sleep. It's now around 5.30am and I've been awake for around 5 hours. One night stay was definitely enough. Staff are nice and location is central but they're the only good things about the hotel, accommodation wise. If you are...

We were very disappointed with our stay, I would recommend you find someplace else like a Jury Inn or a B&B rather than stay here. My friends and I vacationed for 8 days in Ireland and fortunately only stayed 1 night here. The rooms were dingy, the bathroom shower of our room was not clean with barely warm water and...

Paid 145E for a room with no view, tiny soap bars and no heat! On a cold rainy Galway day the hotel said they don't normally turn on the heat except at certain hours. No sitting area in the lobby and the room was very plain. Wouldn't recommend it. Friends in Galway later told me the hotel is known for...

Had the early bird menu here. I had the soup to start followed by the stew. Both were ok nothing terribly special. We had the profiteroles for dessert and they were far from pleasant. Also we did not receive the 10% discount it stated you received if you were a resident. We were just told 'you had the early bird...

The hotel has a great location for walking into town as well as free parking. We stayed for 3 nights in 303 which was tired and dated. Cleanliness could defiantly be improved and there is clearly an inconsistency amongst staff. Our Sunday clean was poor but our Monday clean was noticeably good in comparison. Staff on reception were very friendly...
