We stayed here for two nights in early September. It is very convenient for the town centre, a ten minute walk down the hill. It is a perfectly comfortable B&B, with what you would expect. The breakfast is fairly ordinary, the choice is limited, the cooked breakfast is kept in a hot stand, not prepared on demand, fruit is in...

Had a great stay here at St. Jude's lodge. Just showed up and found a comfortable place to sleep with a great view for a reasonable price. Only a quick jaunt to the lively city center. Highly recommended!

Warm welcome from Donal and shown to a very nice room. Clean and a nice hot shower. Breakfast buffet had everything. A short walk to Eyre square and all the pubs and shopping. Also had laundry done in just a couple of hours. Donal and Sean couldn't have been nicer.

I am so glad we fond this place! Sometimes B&Bs freak me out a little and the first two we walked into gave off a stuffy vibe. When we walked into St. Jude's it was bright, cheerful and the greeting was warm and friendly. Exactly perfect. They are remodeling at the moment and we stayed in a newer room. It...

The room was clean, bright and spotless, though a little cramped. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to town without being in the noise and bustle of Galway. Sean and Donal were sweet, very responsive to anything we asked for, as well as giving suggestions. We would definitely return here. ( Make sure you get the correct St....

Comfortable, reasonable price, great breakfast, and within easy walk of central Galway, including the train station and bus terminal. Donal and Sean, twin brothers, were exceptional hosts! We would happily stay with them again.

We stayed for 4 night in st Jude's guesthouse, it was really nice ! The view from the room was really beautiful, the staff was also really nice. They helped us to find some things to visit and we didn't regret ! Really nice journey. We recommend this guesthouse !

It was around 5min walking to the centre but it was a good place to stay in. There are maps of how to get to the centre and the owner helps you, The only problem was the higher price for a night. Perhaps as we travelled in August, prices increase in high season.

St. Jude's is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the action but far away enough not to hear it. The Gallaghers were very helpful and hospitable. Very nice breakfast too. Low key and simple, in a good way!

Everything from the online reservation to the checkout was excellent! Quiet, within walking distance to everything, nice breakfast, comfortable, clean room -- what else can you ask for? I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!
