The B&B has nice rooms and does everything that it says on the tin - internet, breakfast etc. were all to a good standard. The location is really good and is perfect for a walk along the beach. It is also located a short walk from Galway which is convenient. The only reason that I have not given it 5...

Atlantic view has a good location close to the sea and short walk from town centre. First impression of the rooms is nice but when looking closer the wallpaper starts peeling off, damp walls and rusty curtain rails in the bathroom. Even though it is classed as a B&B it seems to be run by greedy managers that just grab...

Beautiful beachside location, owner was very friendly, helpful with travel tips, served a delicious & bountiful breakfast. Had to use the living room wifi-- my tablet could not get a signal in room. Make sure you get a lesson in water controls if you're not familiar, else your shower may be cold!

This is an excellent venue, very friendly staff and a nice position in relation to the centre of the town. 15mins walk takes you to the heart of Galway and all the best eating houses. Biggest bed that I have ever seen, perhaps the one John Wayne had in the Quiet Man? Seriously though this one is good you will...

We turned up at Salthill without booking and soon found this guesthouse. We were made very welcome and shown our room. 85euro for the two of us b&b with a sea view. Attic room but you wouldn't know it from inside. It's spacous clean and has all the mod cons, spare single bed, clothes press, iron, hairdrer plus all the...

Wonderful guesthouse, right beside the beach. Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. Decorated beautifully. Clean towels every day with a little chocolate on your bed, which I though was a lovely touch. The people running the guesthouse were lovely, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly. Great breakfast in the mornings with plenty of choice...cereal, fry, eggs, toast, fruit, etc. Free...

Really surprised at some of these reviews. I stayed here with my husband for my Birthday weekend. This place (and the owners) were amazing and very helpful. The room had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath overlooking the Ocean. Will definitely return and highly recommend it.

This B and B is overpriced and the staff are not friendly. The room was different to what we had booked online. I just wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. A pure rip off..........I just wish I had read review before I had booked to stay here
