in 2012, our son went on a high school graduation trip planned by a family with experience in Ireland and stayed at Larkinley. He loved it and urged us to stay there as well. It was great! The owners renovated an older row house very near the restaurant/pub/shopping district in 2008 to include ensuite bathrooms, a sitting room for customers,...

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Larkinley. The lodge is immaculate and is totally updated. The room's decor and bathrooms are very modern and the beds were comfortable. They graciously pulled in an extra bed for us at no extra charge. The breakfast was great and the eating area very spacious and comfortable. As other reviewers have noted,...

On a trip to Ireland in the Spring of 2013, we stayed at Larkinley Lodge. The first thing that made the experience was the prompt greeting and warm welcome from Toni. She was so kind when we first arrived, and wanted to make sure we were doing well. We got to our room, and it was good sized, but most...

The location of this B and B is close enough to allow for walking to local pubs and shopping. The rooms were very clean, and set up much like a hotel. Toni, the owner/host was very gracious, welcoming and out-of-her-way helpful. Thank you Toni for a most delightful stay and especially for your warm hospitality.

The rooms were absolutely immaculate & breakfast generous - hot & cold dishes, healthy & not-so-healthy ;) 5 minute walk into town & the hosts have a wealth of knowledge they're willing...

My family and I recently stayd at Larkinley Lodge on a trip to Ireland celebrating my parents anniversary. We visited Killarney during what turned out to be the busiest week of the year, which meant I had a difficult time finding a place that could accomodate our somewhat large group. Toni was quick to respond and was able to find...

If the owner/proprietor of a B&B is representative of the property, then Larkinley is warm, engaging, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Those are just some of the descriptions of the amazing Toni. You will not find a more hospitable proprietor anywhere in Ireland. For example, I was in town, standing in in line getting tickets for a tour when I realized...

This has to be Killarney's if not Ireland's finest place to stay. The accommodation is 1st class - stunning, spotless, airy yet cozy. We planned on staying 2 nights, but ended up staying 5 & would have stayed more if time allowed. Breakfast is "off the chart" delicious and the hosts are the loveliest people in the world ... Our...

We stayed for 1 night in August 2013. It was one of the best b&b of our Irish vacation. Toni, the owner, is super in everything. The rooms are almost new, clean, large. Bed is really comfortable and the breakfast is perfect. Moreover, the location is perfect to visit the town by walking few minutes. Really excellent b&b! Don't miss...
