I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business. The owner, a gentleman, honoured a refund when the Killarney Festival was cancelled at late notice. This was both decent and over and above the call of duty. I know of several others whose accommodations did not waive the cancellation fee. All of our dealings were pleasant and my next trip to Killarney...

We stayed with Declan and family over the June weekend while we hiked the Reeks. Probably the best porridge and brown bread I've had for quiet a while. For the Walshes nothing was a problem and we even managed to dry our rain sodden clothes in the drying room I left a light jacket behind leaving on Monday and it...

We absolutely loved the Ashville House. We stayed at several b&b's in various cities in Ireland and the Ashville House was the very best! The accommodations are wonderful. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast selections are fantastic. A buffet of fruits, dry cereals, muffins etc followed by a delicious warm breakfast cooked to order. Declan is knowledgable and extremely accommodating....

I loved my 6-night stay here! My room was large, spotless and had a beautiful bath with a shower. Every effort was made to make my stay enjoyable. Declan and his wife are wonderful hosts and provide a shuttle service to the tour buses, even pre-selling tickets to the Celtic Steps Show and shuttle there. Was absolutely no need to...

We stayed here for one night. You're paying for the central location. It's Killarney so don't expect great value for money. Rooms were smaller and a little spartan compared with other B&Bs we stayed in on this trip.Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good but the dining area is very cramped - not a problem if you want to...

This is the second time I have stayed in this guesthouse. Declan is as friendly and helpful as ever, my room was very clean and had everything I required, breakfast was superb and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

I made a reservation for 6 nights at the Ashville house for my husband and I after reading all these wonderful reviews. Honestly, I wonder if they were reviewing the wrong place. The site made it sound like a small little bed and breakfast-very misleading. This place has 16 rooms and as soon as we walked in we realized this...

We stayed just for 2 nights, and how lucky we were to find such a lovely place so close to the town. Our room was quite small, compact, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet! En suite , again small but adequate with complimentary toiletries. But the hi light was the fabulous breakfast, neatly laid out with good choice of cereals,...

After a long drive we found our way to Ashville House which was located very close to all the pubs and restaurants, actually only a two to three minute walk, but perfectly quiet and a good place to rest. The host was able to accommodate our which to stay another night, of course we were lucky, that there was enough...
