Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a hen party and honestly can't recommend it enough. The staff were great, so helpful and so friendly. The hotel itself is nice and in a good location, outside of the town but still close enough to everything; less than a 5minute taxi journey to the town centre. Breakfast was good too,...

Apart from a small problem I had with the room door our stay at The Heights was great. It is a little way out of the City centre but we were trying to avoid that area anyway. Our room rate included breakfast and it was A1. Dinner in the bar was also excellent. The staff bent over backwards to help...

I have stayed at the Heights several times and it never fails. From fast check-in and friendly staff to fabulous food it's always a pleasure to stay here. Pleased to see the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment which will only help to improve things even further. Breakfast is a particular bonus for me. Great choice from the...

Booked a Friday night at this hotel as a last minute decision. Got a good rate of €79 B&B for two people. Arrived from Wexford at 7.30pm and received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. Our room was Room 204, it was a grand room, v clean and spacious enough with a decent size ensuite. Only two small housekeeping...

Arrived on a very cold February evening to a warm friendly atmosphere. The fire was lighting in the bar and we were served with beautiful food. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor and was warm and had the most comfortable bed which ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfast was great with...

Myself and my husband stayed here for one night. I can only rate this hotel as average. I he room was clean but the taps in the bath wasn't. The bar is nice and relaxing but sadly the food was poor. Ordered the Thai green chicken curry and only two pieces of chicken were floating in the sauce. Continental selection...
