booked this hotel for me and my family. It handy location, about 5 mins drive from the centre of killarney. Public Leisure centre across the road. When we arrived the receptionist was very nice. Our room was clean, but a little dated. it could do with a little modernising. Old square tv, no proper remote control, very limited tv channels....

Firstly, I believe the hotel to be undergoing renovations, so I presume that mine was on the 'to do' list. I'd eaten in the hotel before, so must confess to being very disappointed with what I was given: it was shabby, the television didn't work properly, and the bathroom badly needed tearing out. But this was February, so as my...

Hotel on main road so we missed the entrance. Before you realise you drive past the entrance so maybe have a look at your signs on the road. Cant fault our stay! Easy check in and accommodated us with our bikes so allocated us a ground floor room. The decor of the room was nice and seemed to be freshly...

Booked in for the Patrick O'Sullivan music weekend and rate was fixed as a package - we alao asked for an upgrade to a superior room which was given when we checked in. Room 220 on the end of second floor corridor faced the mountains opposite which was a bonus as we saw that the rooms on the opposite side...

Went with a couple of friends for their breakfast deal one morning & wasn't disappointed. For €10 (now €9.50 I believe), we could eat as much as we liked. The food was delicious & hot, which was a lovely way to spend a coffee morning. The lemon curd was to die for, so yummy. I would go back for that...

Clean and comfortable hotel, providing excellent value for money. Dinner was served in the bar as the hotel was quiet on the night we stayed. Dinner was excellent but service was not. The lady who took care of us at breakfast time was excellent as was the friendly receptionist. Very good no frills hotel.
