There was a problem with our room in this hotel. It was so beautiful I didn't want to go out ! It was fabulous, one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever seen. It had two armchairs and a coffee table set in front of a flat screen TV and fireplace and another flat screen TV in front of the...

I stayed here recently with my husband having visited a number of times over the last few years. As always I was very pleased with the service, comfortable beds and general ambiance of the hotel. The location is great , walking distance to the beautiful Killarney national park, shops, bars and restaurants. Enjoyed a gin cocktail in the pink lounge😄,...

Having never visited Killarney before I was overwhelmed by all the locations in which to stay! Being a fussy, well everything, I trawled through the reviews online and eventually settled on The Ross. Hoping for the best we arrived with prior knowledge that there is no parking at The Ross itself, so this was not an issue (And the parking...

At first, I was flustered because I could not find parking and the hotel is located in a high traffic area. However, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and again, the staff were very kind. The location of the hotel was perfect. Other than parking, this is a...

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Ross the 26th to the 28th of March for my birthday. Upon arrival staff were friendly and helpful. We were given our room key and had the deluxe room. The room was moderately sized and had a lovely bathroom. Only thing was our bed was two single beds pushed together and the bed...

We really would have liked to have more time here. Loved the lobby with the bright, funky decor and fireplace. We went to dinner at the hotels restaurant. They made accommodations fast and the food was phenomenal. We really liked the candy in the lobby area too- nice touch!

We are not fans of the modern decor but that's just us. The rooms are however clean and the beds very comfortable. One issue is they stop serving food at 9pm and that turned out just a bit early for our needs. Although I give five stars I would probably elect to try a different hotel next time for a...
