Good bits: Staff were excellent, food was really good, location is great, generally the decor is very fresh & contemporary (except the room). Bad bits: Suite 201 was generous, but lacked the sort of finishing you'd expect from one of the more expensive rooms. Old TV, plasticky fire, bathroom had seen better days...it was just a bit plain overall. Also,...

The hotel is amazing. It's so central. The decor is just beautiful and the beds are soo comfy. A group of 18 on a hen. We got a great package including meal was very good value. My only critique would be a better choice on the set menu. Also they have a residents sweet bar that us a major plus.

Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished rooms. Did not get to dine here unfortunately but had drinks in the bar. Great looking hotel. Receptionist very helpful. Bang in the centre of Killarney. Would stay here again without hesitation.

My friend and I stayed in the Ross on Saturday 14th March, it was a surprise for her birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect for whatever you are in Killarney to do, smack bang in the middle of the town. The decor of the hotel is funky without being off the wall, there are more than a few...

We had to cancel a number of hens and the hotel was more than willing to facilitate us. We booked in for an afternoon tea and cocktail lessons for 15 girls. The...

We stayed in the Deluxe Triple room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with modern decor. The hotel is extremely well located for enjoying the range of activities Killarney has to offer. Parking was free at the sister hotel just down the road. This didn't pose any issue and is more convenient than having to locate a public car park....

I could go on and on about the hotel from the lovely rooms to huge comfertable bed, it would...

I went here with family and friends for my hen weekend and I could not be more impressed with the hotel and its staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff in reception were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The lobby is clean, trendy and very chic. My bridesmaid and I had even been upgraded to a suite! I was...
