A perfect place to stay for a family traveling with 3 generations. Norrie and Patrick are very welcoming and most interested in making sure we felt comfortable. Their home is a perfect location, not far from the Killarney National Park and other sites in the area. Rooms and home are very clean. Highly recommend this country home in the city.

Great hospitality with all the amenities! The hostess was so kind and welcoming and knew all about the neighboring areas. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with lots of options. The close location to the Ring of Kerry made it a gorgeous area to stay in. Really gave us a great first experience in Ireland!

We enjoyed our stay here. Norrie made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless, and everything was fresh. Was close to town and the park, but far enough to make it so peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Killarney downtown. Breakfast was good, not too big you felt stuffed, but she always checked to make sure...

My son and I stayed in a twin en suite room. It was very peaceful to be at Alderhaven Country Home. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Behind our beds there was a big window which let in a light breeze while we slept if we kept the window open. The hosts at this B and B have the...

This is a lovely B&B with gracious and informative host and hostess. Quiet setting in country gardens but close to Killarney, Muckross Abbey, and the Ring of Kerry. Personalized breakfast and excellent meal recommendations.

If you are looking for a clean, very friendly atmosphere, Norri and Pat provide just that. They met us at the door and over our three-day stay, they could not do enough for us. While the rooms are very clean, they were a bit small. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen; it could be compared to a...

What a beautiful rustic country home. This place is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Woke to the sound of birds singing. So nice. Ms. Norrie is as cute as a button. What a fun and wonderful lady. She has this B&B down. She went the extra mile to help us get set up for bikes and day trips. Very accommodating even...

Alderhaven looked like something in a fairy tale - tucked away from the hustle & bustle, but just a few minutes from downtown. Norrie was very gracious, and our food was delicious. Our rooms were extremely comfortable - I wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice B&B in a quiet place in Killarney. Norrie is very kind and helpful. If you are fed up with the irish breakfast, ask for the delicious pancake! The house is very nice and big, with style. The Killarney national park is worth the watch.

We traveled as 2 couples. So we had 2 en-suite rooms. Our room was lovely. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was tiny-of course. However appointed with all we needed. The location is on a beautiful country road-however still close enough to get to all sorts of local spots.Norrie was a wonderful hostess. Her breakfast served in the sunroom was just fabulous. She...

“We were driving, and neither Google Maps nor Bing Maps placed Alderhaven correctly. Both put it on N22 (Cork Road). But you need to get onto Ballycasheen Road, then head west about 600m. Look for a small sign on the right hand side (look for Flesk Grove on the maps, that's your turn). On Flesk Grove, immediately go to the right and up the long, secluded, wooded driveway, skirting all the houses.”
