We were a group of six friends traveling in Ireland. Algret house was a perfect spot to stay. It was easy to walk into town and the rooms were very comfortable. Of course Greta made the whole stay even better with her warm welcome and vibrant personality. We would definitely recommend this lovely B and B.

Overall great experience and Greta is a fantastic B&B owner, she made sure we were well taken care of and even accommodated a last minute late arrival. Breakfast every morning was delicious as well. Highly recommend and in a perfect location.

We stayed 2 nights at Algret house and we loved it. Greta is so sweet and caring, she was certainly born to host a beautiful Bed and Breakfast like this. Besides Greta, the rooms are all fine and the breakfast (especially the porridge) is outstanding. Five stars it is and you deserve each and every star of it!

Greta and Alfred are warm hosts. Algret House is completely updated and absolutely spotless. It is very quiet and peacefulbut a very short walk to shops and food. There is a shuttle to and from local attractions. Greta is happy to arrange for coach trips and their recommendations for food and music were spot on. Rooms were bright and fresh...

We stayed 3 nights at the Algret House and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was easy walking distance to most of the Killarney sites, shopping, and restaurants. Gretta and her husband were perfect hosts and the breakfasts were delicious. We had a wonderful time.

Friendly reception. Good room with lots of space and comfort. Very clean. Breakfast was excellent with some great home-made scones. Location was good, not too far from the town centre. And what can we say about the Kerry County scenery? One of the most beautiful places we've ever visited, with lots of places of interest.

My husband and I were here over 4th of July very near the end of our trip. We were tired and weary when we arrived. We were made very welcome by the lovely Gretchen and settled in to our comfortable room. The room was very bright with a big window that opened to let in the breeze. Our bed was...

Greta was incredibly welcoming when we arrived. She knew the weather forecast for the next day and had recommendations for indoor and outdoor activities. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need to eat lunch because the portions were very generous. Town was a 5 minute walk, and the drive was convenient to Killarney National Park. We drove to the Dingle...
