Booked the Malton partly due to seeing ad on TV and knowing it was beside the train station. You could not get any closer to the station and have to say, we had a room overlooking station and heard nothing. It lived up to all our expectations. We have a lovely, relaxing weekend. The location is just minutes walk to...

Used to come here with my parents as a child when it was the Great Southern. As it was my Birthday at Xmas my Fiancee surprised me with two nights away in the place I had been going on about since we met! I have never been so let down. It was not like I had remembered. While the overall...

worse ever stay in the Malton, Is normaly like a Home from Home, Hope it was just a glitch , staying with Malton for years. I think the staff thought I was mad, not the usual helpful service that I would normally get, the only constant was the bar, where I was made feel welcome and wanted.

Really had a fantastic time at The Malton. Was delighted with how close to train station it was...about teo minutest. So close to everything. Staff were lovely and very welcoming without being over the top. The included dinner was gorgeous. The surrounds of the garden room restaurant and the bar after were so lovely with a great mix of guests....

My husband and I visited the Malton Hotel this past November 2016, and I must say that we had an absolutely incredible experience. The attention to detail, the remarkable hospitality, the rooms, the breakfast...it was beyond anything we could ever hope for. We were there for our 12 year anniversary and were surprised with a gorgeous tray of different chocolates....

We had a lovely stay from The service to the facilities The staff and the food ...The restaurant for the meal was maybe understaffed but it had no bearing on our meal I would highly recommend this hotel ..

This was quite the experience, being able to stay in a hotel that looked more like a Downtown Abbey castle than a modern hotel. It was a lovely stay for my family and I that was highlighted by the location near downtown Killarney. In addition there was a parlor room for having a drink or two while taking in the...
