This castle accommodation was unlike anywhere I've stayed before. It's exactly as you'd imagine a castle to be: old charm (room keys are large, old school keys), quiet, a little mysterious and very romantic. The rooms are not by number, but by famous Irish authors/playwrites. I stayed in Keane and enjoyed it very much. The bar was superb. As I...

Stayed for 4 nights over Easter and loved it. The castle has spacious, comfortable lounges to relax in, the staff are very friendly and attentive, food was excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Our bedroom was very comfortable, lovely views over the countryside and grounds. The Tralee location was convenient for exploring north Kerry, Dingle peninsula, Ring of Kerry,...

Stayed in this Castle for a Wedding on Saturday 15th April. Customer service, competency and efficiency were demonstrated by all staff but ESTER's service at all times was remarkable. Both Management and the public you serve are very fortunate to have such a person in your employment. I salute the person who employed her and commend your selection for having...

We felt fortunate to stay in this intact and well furnished castle outside Tralee. The building is impressive, more a stately home than a Norman style castle, with lovely gardens and scattered sculpture pieces. There were two sculpture lions at the front door, ,two suits of armour on the main staircase, authentic portraits on the walls and two large wolfhounds...

Although this location was featured in the ABC Bachelorette franchise, there was absolutely no reference or mention of it at all; which made it more enchanting. From the warm welcome by the estates' dogs to the beautiful surroundings you are made to feel comfortable Even though the luggage needs to go up several flight of stairs, the destination is worth...

Have just returned from a wedding at this sublime venue. Many guests stayed in the hotel itself and we used the gorgeous lodge based in the grounds. All of it is absolutely stunning. The lodge is gorgeous . It is a 5 min walk up to the castle and you use this for breakfast . The word lodge doesn't do...

Ballyseede Castle is beautiful and definitely gives you that castle feel that you look for when visiting Ireland. The staff were accommodating, even with us arriving late our first day; offering to make us ham sandwiches when the kitchen had closed. The dogs that run around are adorable and playful. However, as you do not get to request a specific...

Ballyseede castle is a beautiful piece of history that you can spend a night in. The staff were very helpful with all of our questions. The room was very modern and was very quiet which was nice being that the building is historical. There was a wedding going on the weekend we stayed and we were shown the ballroom that...

This castle turned hotel is in the most unlikely location. However if you turn off the dual carriageway and drive through a few back lanes you'll arrive at the most stunning place. Our room was out of this world with a 4 poster bed. The food in the restaurant is good too. Perfect for a romantic break. We loved it.

Beautiful property! We felt like we were staying with royal relatives; luxurious yet homey and intimate. Plenty of places to sit and read or look out at the scenery. The 4 dogs on the property were a bonus. Food was very good. Good location as it is close to Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Tralee for day trips. We definitely want...
