From the beautifully appointed rooms with comfy beds to the food and pub accommodations, it was a great place. Would go back in a heartbeat! The four poster bed was amazing! Our first castle was a terrific choice!

We had a lovely time here. The grounds were lovely and the castle oozed old world charm. The owners have their family dogs on site & that makes it all seem very personal and homey. Food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and me stayed here for two nights. The property is very well maintained with old world charm. The first night we were given an option between of a big room in the basement level and a smaller room on the 1st floor. We chose the smaller room as it had a wonderful view and the basement room had...

This hotel is a very interesting old castle building with an eclectic feel. The rooms are furnished with a mix of old and new and rescued items, the bathroom while large has a small shower, but the water pressure is good. I bit of plumbing challenge in our room, but we were able to cope fine. The rest of the...

Staff, hotel, grounds and food were all outstanding. It was the perfect location from the Irish countryside to do the Dingle peninsula and Conor pass, recommended by Esther. We highly recommend this lovely stay in a castle.

When checking in I had to seek staff to help but once I did they were very friendly and helpful in getting us to our room located on the first floor (the room was low, almost feeling like a basement). The sprawling hotel had spacious common areas. We explored the hotel that had additions added to accommodate events, and was...

Spent two nights in this great hotel. Clean, roomy and fun. The people were friendly and the accommodations were lovely. We had dinner in the pub both nights and the food was excellent. For such a large castle it has an intimate feeling. Loved the animals roaming around. Had to step over the Irish Wolfhounds one night when we arrived...

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. The room was beautiful, as were the grounds and rest of the castle. The breakfast that was included with our room price was amazing. Plenty to choose from if you want something light or more filling. The food in the bar was also very good. The staff were...

Booked into this excellent accommodation for one night on our road trip with friends. Ballyseede Castle has met expectation - accommodation of high standards. It is truly a castle of great stature. The experience from arrival to departure has been very pleasant. Staff were warm & friendly, free tea & coffee in a grand lounge, food at the bar &...
