As has already been said this is a nice hotel in a great location. The only issue we had was the service. Service was very slow both mornings at breakfast. On the first morning some of the group were waiting over an hour for their breakfast and had to leave without it as we were going on a bus tour.

We're just home from attending a family wedding in this hotel and it was exceptional. The hotel itself, bedrooms, staff, decor, service and food were top notch. My only complaint is that I didn't get to spend enough time in this fabulous hotel. I'm planning a return visit already!!

This is a great hotel in a lovely location. The staff at the reception were very professional, warm and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The food in the bar was very good and the service was attentive. The manager of this area was very visible and capable. The breakfast was very good with a wide range...

Stayed for one night stopover during long road trip. Service was excellent, room very spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of background traffic noise from adjacent busy roads, but not enough to disturb sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast: lots of choice from menu ( I had the excellent eggs benedict) plus fruit, cereals and pastries from the buffet. At check out, receptionist...

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Ballygarry House Hotel. This was our fourth stay in the past 2 years, having celebrated our wedding there in 2015. This stay proved to us over again (not that it was needed) that we had chosen the right venue. The 'special' treatment that was afforded to us at our wedding...

We loved this hotel, apart from the feeling of being really well looked after we found the staff especially helpful in advising us where to go and what to do as there is so much to do in the area. County kerry is called the kingdom for good reason!

Room was good but nespresso coffee machine did not work and since hotel undergoing refurbishment the restaurant was out of commission . Good substitute in Brasseri bar . Look forward to full facilities.

Almost everything was perfect. We arrived around 6 pm on a Sunday, were looking forward to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi, but it had already been closed. Bummer! For the rest we enjoyed our stay, especially the food and the friendly service. We recommend it any time.

My wife and I stayed in Ballygarry House Hotel from February 17th to 19th to attend a wedding. In summary, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in, not only in Ireland, but also in Europe. This premises has many assets: good food, spacious bedrooms, cleanliness, but, its most important asset is its staff. The guest experience from check...

Back from my 2nd trip to Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa...and I wasn't disappointed this time around either. From check in to check out, I was amazed by the food, staff and atmosphere at Ballygarry. While there was a new extension being built out the back, it did not interfere with our stay, as we were in 308, and couldn't...
