Stayed here for a wedding in May 2016. The hotel was really easy to find contrary to the directions we received from an online route planner. When we arrived the staff at reception were extremely friendly and directed us to our room. The room itself was very large by hotel standards and overlooked a nice looking leafy courtyard. The bathroom...

Recently I got the pleasure of visiting Ballygarry House not once but twice. I was there for two very different reasons, one being a funeral and one being an 18 dinner. Both times very different events so there was two very different methods used by the staff. Both times I felt very much welcome. We where booked into the dining...

One of my favourite hotels. Luxurious without being pretentious. All staff are so friendly and helpful. We couldn't get our nespresso coffee machine to work so they brought us complimentary coffee from the bar & then sorted the machine! My daughter & I stayed as we were on a wedding dress shopping trip, so we were upgraded to a suite...

Tried out the new extension called the Brasserie. Which has been finished to a very high quality. We were quite happy taking a table in the old section when we were redirected to the new area. The waiteress gave my teenage son a child's menu only to realise her error when I gave him my one. She returned with one...

Thank you for sharing your experience of dining with us here at The Brasserie. I am very sorry to read of your opinion on our service style, but the Brasserie is a casual dining venue which is more casual than our restaurant where we would pour water for our guests. In regard to your other points I have made the...

Restaurant service was not very good. Our shower overflowed and they came quickly to look at it.. but instead of putting us in another room they just told us to get a key from them and shower in another room, while staying in ours. Strange. Could be a bit cleaner.
