Large semi-detached house just five minutes walk from the edge of town. Very clean, tidy and well-appointed. Comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities available on landing. Wifi good. Breakfast room very light and airy and good choice. My wife had salmon and scrambled egg and loved it. Friendly service from the owner. Recommended.

My partner and I came up from Cork for two nights (Saturday and Sunday) and wanted a convenient place to the City Centre so we could walk back after the nights out. We couldn't be more pleased with the location, as it was an easy walk (even in my heels!). We were glad to have the parking since we drove... More

Lovely large room and en suite bathroom. Mattresses were firm and bedding kept us warm. Walking distance to town and Kilkenny Castle. Una was such a great help in recommending restaurants for dinner and giving us directions to our next tourist site. The breakfast was amazing. We tried the full Irish breakfast, and it kept us going all day.

The large rooms are extremely clean and set in a lovely garden setting. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at the restaurant just up the road. We also had dinner there and all the food was excellent offering a variety locally sourced and organic produce.

We stayed there in August 2015 and it was a great choice. They're located within walking distance of the town, which was just wonderful. The hostess was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. And the breakfast room is really beautiful.

We had a great stay at this b & b with a very comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Lots of fresh fruit and baked goods along with the full irish, if you want a big breakfast. We could walk into town and she gave us great suggestions for pubs and restaurants and things to see in the village. Would definitely... More

Perfectly located Bed and Breakfast, short stroll to the castle, city centre, bus and train stations. Quiet, clean, and has the best breakfast selection of freshly baked breads, scones, fruit salad, rhubarb compote, yogurt as well as the traditional Irish breakfast offering. Wonderful 2 day stay.

My most favorite thing about this B&B was breakfast. Breakfast room was so beautiful. Looking at the lovely garden while we have a delicious breakfast, there is nothing better than this to start a good day. Irish breakfast was excellent, so as homemade scone. We also received a very warm welcome from the hostess. Good location, close to the Kilkenny... More

This B and B in the busy town of Kilkenny is close to all of the town's sights and activities, walkable even for the less adventurous. Oona, our hostess, makes her guests most welcome, the home is beautifully furnished, the breakfast room overlooking the garden is refreshing. The breakfast scrumptious. The location is easy to find, much parking readily available,... More

We were able to leave our car parked at the B&B and take an easy walk to city center to see sights and hear music. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was served in a sunny addition looking out on their garden.
