Recently stayed one night on our way from Dublin to Dingle. Good property at a great price. Great location, free parking and wi-fi, friendly staff, comfortable room. Hotel has a lift but we did have to walk quite a ways up/down stairs to get to our room. Wasn't a problem for us just wanted to inform those that might need...

Great location and great value. Our room was lovely and our bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the food delicious. Will be staying there the next time we visit kilkenny. Nearly forgot to mention they give you free private parking in the rear of the hotel.

Brilliant Hotel with inclusive breakfast, free Wi- fi, and free parking. Brilliant staff who bend backwards to fit your needs. Nothing was a problem and the hotel was very well maintained. Cant find any fault with any staff; from room cleaners to front desk staff. We had to leave early to catch our flight so they even organised early breakfast...

On arriving at the hotel following a two hour drive we had to wait in the car park for 90 minutes before we could get a space. When we mentioned this at reception we were informed that the car park was open to the public and as it was the cheapest in the area it usually filled up with people...

Stayed here for one night, if your single and don't mind alot of noise this place is for you otherwise stay clear, rooms basic enough, stags and hens venue so don't expect a lot of sleep, parties go on all night with drunken revellers running through the halls, you'd have to be very drunk to get any sleep, the bar...

I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner in Septmber. The prices were very cheap and we got the train which was only a 5 min walking distance away. Great location. Very small hotel, the room was not nice. It was cold and felt damp and there was a weird smell. There was also noise coming from the window,...

Lovely accommodation and food here and very good value for money. Service wasn't the best but it was more than made up for with the tasty food and friendliness of the staff, who were run off their feet as there seemed to be a local football match on. I would definitely go back here again.

It's a great hotel right in the centre of the city. Great food and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay. There is a large car park at the back of the hotel. There is also nightly entertainment if that's your thing. It's very convenient to the castle and shops and restaurants and bars or other hotels what ever your requirements are...

The hotel is short walk from Kilkenny center. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and breakfast served full Irish breakfast. The hotel has a bar and restaurant downstairs, but we heard no noise to our room. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

This hotel needs lessons in service and courtesy. Although a reasonable location the parking facilities are poor for residents during the day. The hotel is shabby at best with dirty bathrooms and filler on the walls and in general a poor state of decoration. From the moment we arrived it felt as though every request to staff was a burden....
