A wonderful family own this B&B. They are so nice, helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent! You can walk to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. No need for buses or taxis because of the great location. The place is clean, spic and span. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was delicious and they even provide coffee and tea in...

Kilkenny was one of our stops on our trip from Dublin through Cork. Rather than book a hotel, we opted for a bed and breakfast. One of our struggles throughout our trip was that we forgot our Satnav and had opted to forgo the version offered by the rental car company which cost more than the rental itself. With no...

After rescheduling a couple of times we finally had the pleasure of staying in Rosquil house on the 28th Jan. Great welcome from Rhoda . Rooms spacious and the whole guesthouse is absolutely spotless and well decorated. To top off our enjoyable stay breakfast was superb (which my dad and husband still rave about). Banana bread was divine by the...

This was by far the best place we stayed in Ireland. The hosts were so warm and friendly. The house itself was beautiful and inviting. It was a bit newer, but the rooms were really spacious and the breakfast was unbelievable! I would make a trip to Kilkenny just to stay there again. An absolute gem. It was a tad...

The owner of this B&B canceled on us at the last minute 3 days before we were due to arrive with no explanation. We had to scramble to find alternative accommodation at the last minute which was not easy during the off season as many locations were either closed are already booked. Not a fun start to a vacation. Be...

We were delighted to find this great B&B at the last minute as we ended up in Kilkenny without a room booked. We would definitely stay here again and explore Kilkenny a bit more. Our host was very welcoming and gave us some good recommendations for our brief time in Kilkenny. The room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast...

My friend and I stayed here in November and enjoyed wonderful hospitality, a great breakfast and a comfortable night's sleep! It was an easy walk into the town of Kilkenny, where everyone was very friendly! The car park at the b&b was also perfect and free of charge!

We visited Rosquil House in October. It was a beautiful place to stay and feel right at home. Clean, bright and spacious rooms make this a wonderful week-end get away at a very affordable price. Rhoda and Phil were wonderful hosts and the food was delicious. I plan on going back to Ireland and visiting Rosquil House again. Thank you...

It is a bit out of Kilkenny but we easily walked into town (we are pretty fit). We found Rosquil House very convenient especially as there was parking for the car. The hosts were delightful and breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The room was very nice and there was a very pleasant lounge area. Definitely recommend!

Great B&B with great hosts. Rhoda and Phil were helpful suggesting places to eat and things to do. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The entire house was very appealing and the breakfast was among the best. It was a pretty good walk into town though (15 minutes). Our group had two rooms and everyone liked the experience.
