Room itself seemed fine. Location very central. We were fearful it might be noisy because of this and specifically asked before checking in if it was quiet. We were reassured that it was and went ahead with our check in. Room itself was fine - about what I was expecting. Main issue was that there was a live band onsite...

Its not a bad hotel to stay in for a night or a weekend. I've stayed here a few times. Its not the best hotel in Limerick but it is affordable and the location is fine. The gym/ sauna room is ok. I had problem with ordering food down stairs one night they took a long time to bring up...

My partner and I booked with hotel for a couple of nights in March. We decided to read the terrible reviews after we booked the place and had paid for it (because sometimes we aren't smart). We were laughing at some of the reviews because they sounded so ridiculous. And it would have been so much better to go into...

The reception area looked promising with efficient staff. However the trail to the room held the most obnoxious smell. The room, a twin, was small with the beds being the only seating area. Breakfast was average.

Room was ok for the price. Bed was comfy. Room clean, we were on the second floor, a lot of noise as we were situated at the front of the hotel. Hotel is dated, not your modern run of the mlll hotel. Overall comfortable stay.

Accompanied friend on business trip. It was grand. Clean beds. Bit of a trek to rooms. Nothing to write home about but central and pleasant staff. Adequate! But clean and a nice hotel shower. Beds very soft though. Played havoc with backs.

Rooms were quite tired and outdated, they are also very hot and stuffy. The views aren't too good across the rooftops of run down buildings behind the hotel but it's in a good location close to everything. Breakfast was good, didn't eat anything else while there as we went out in the evenings but we did hold a family party...
