This is a really wonderful place - the staff are utterly sincere and genuine with a wealth of knowledge and experience. We were completely cocooned from the outside world with space to think, practise yoga, walk and have some great laughs. The accommodation is very comfortable and the landscape is stunning.

I was there for Halloween, which was a weight loss detox yoga retreat which included two walks and two meditation sessions a day, plus sauna every evening and a massage two evenings, and of course 1 hour 45 minutes of Hatha yoga a day. The people, the place and the food/detox just wonderful. Very well run, everything simple and well...

This was my second visit to Cloona and once again it exceeded my expectations. I made my booking late and en suites were all taken, but the single room was lovely and roomy and comfortable. Dhara and team were very welcoming, and there was a lovely group of people across the generations - late 20s to senior citizens like myself!...

Believe it or not, I was actually really nervous going in for the retreat! Logically health wise, it could only be good for me, but I was secretly terrified I wouldn't have the self discipline to follow the detox or be flexible enough for the yoga. Not to mention the fact that at 27, I'm not supposed to feel so...

Highly recommend if you are looking for a week to switch off & get away from it. Wonderful, peaceful setting. This is my 3rd visit in past 10 years or so & I take something new away with me every time. Thanks to Dhaire, Rose and Isabelle for creating and maintaining the oasis of Cloona.

Cloona is an excellent environment in which to get away from the world, relax and recalibrate. I stayed for the five day detox programme; tough but worth it. My room was lovely and cosy; always warm. Enjoyed sitting in the garden and the walks around Cloona. It was a joy to walk on Beartra beach again; one of my favourite...

This was my second visit to Cloona & it was as rejuvenating as my first. Dara, Catriona, Isabelle, Rose & Guy are expert at making each person's visit a special experience and I cannot recommend Cloona highly enough.

As a repeat customer I wasn't expecting the impact to be as phenomenally impressive as the 1st time - I thought I'd be less bowled over by the results of the magic of Cloona. Very wrong. The "complete" package that is good food, healthy walks, yoga, meditation, massage, peace and comfort, stunning scenery, informed advice on tap (but never "in...

I enjoyed a wonderful week in Cloona at the end of August. Dhara and all of the team are so warm and welcoming. If you want to get away from the madness of everyday life and find a haven of tranquility where you can rejuvenate, then Cloona is the place. I would recommend it!

Had a wonderful 5 days at Cloona in beautiful Co Mayo. Healthy eating, meditation, yoga and daily walks all helped me to focus on my health and well being. The buildings are beautifully serene and peaceful and I thoroughly enjoyed the digital detox. I would highly recommend a visit to Cloona. Also met a wonderful bunch of women. We gad...
