You don't need to be into Golf to really enjoy this place. Yes the golf memorabilia are extensive but it is the quality of everything that counts here. It is very clean and we were mad to feel incredibly welcome when we arrived. There is a great choice for breakfast (which is included) and the breakfast area is very relaxing....

First of all, the owners get the basics right: hot water, warm room (we visited in November), every thing clean and a high standard of presentation, and a superb breakfast menu. The bed was comfy and the house is only 10 mins from the town centre. Add to that a warm and friendy welcome and you can see why this...

We were very warmly welcomed by our host Dave and he gave us directions for visiting some beautiful places nearby. For the breakfast we could select a lot of different food such as continental breakfast, full...

The family room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The room was also well located. We found Dave to be very welcoming and helpful, as were all the staff we spoke to. Breakfast was delicious, with a special vegetarian option.

Fine B&B with well kept rooms in an attractive location. Especially good for golfers. Dave was helpful in reviewing the dinner options available in Westport. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All in all a very solid B&B experience.

Already planning to stop in Augusta Lodge during our next Irish road trip. Very nice, cosy and charming place in lovely Wesport town. People were very warm, adviced straight away about what we can visit, sharing some maps and tips about the region. We were a family of three people, but were proposed to stay in large ensuite room (5...
