We just loved our stay with Rose in her beautiful B&B home. Our rooms were decorated lovely and very comfortable. We were offered Tea and biscuits on arrival which was very much needed. Rose then graciously offered to drive us into town for some dinner and Craic. Will be back!!!

Stayed at Iona b & b last week end. The owner was so hospitable to us with a cuppa and lovely barn brack when we arrived on Saturday afternoon after a long journey. Sunday morning lovely breakfast, and beautiful home made brown bread. Lovely big room with view. Highly recommend it.

Bright, spacious and comfortable ensuite room in a lovely house. We found all the services we were looking for: parking, wifi, nice breakfast, clean bathroom and a large bed for a sound sleep. We had a wonderful stay in Sligo and Strandhill also thanks to the warm welcome and kindness of our host Rose, who even booked a table for...

I recently stayed here for the Sligo Music Festival. The hostess was very kind as she drove me to Sligo IT to attend the Sheryl Crow concert. The room was also spacious too and in good location near Strandhill. Breakfast was delicious too. I would recommend too to others visiting this area.

Stayed here for 1 night. My room was very big as was the ensuite. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and full Irish. Take 1 star for the wifi and tv not working but not a big issue. Definitely recommend.

Over night here on September 13th. Outstanding all round. Great location (quiet but close to everything), friendly host, beautiful breakfast. €40 for single room, as good as any hotel and better than most. Well done, Rose, and thanks.

I stayed at Iona last week on a recent trip to Sligo. Rose, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and makes the most fantastic soda bread. The room was a good size, there's free, fast wifi, the shower pressure (one of my bugbears) was great and it was quiet. It's a couple of km from town and about 4...

Rose was an outstanding host. Her breakfasts were top notch, especially her fresh made scones. The accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable. Rose was helpful in directing us to local pubs, restaurants and sites to see. Iona is perfectly located to enjoy time in Sligo, the beach at Strandhill or wandering around Benbulben. I highly recommend staying at Iona if...
