We stayed here during the Fleadh week in Sligo..we really enjoyed how central it is...the staff and owner were very friendly and room was very big so very comfortable. The breakfast was great too but it would be so nice if there was a bit of back room music playing as we ate it would add to the enjoyment,,,great place tho..

Staff really friendly, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed for two night €220 for the Sunday and €150 for the Monday- so not cheap! That didn't even include breakfast and they had no parking available either so we had to use an adjacent hotels parking.

This hotel is within 5 minutes walk all the usual facility, cinemas, shops, restaurant areas. Picturesque walks along the river etc. When we were there, there was a lot noisy works preparing for a flower festival which was unfortunate. Also we had noisy revellers outside our room window which was going on until about 3 am. Neither of these issues...

Stayed here recently and found it very comfortable, and clean. the bathroom décor is a bit dated, but tons of towels etc. the breakfast was great with plenty of it. The most praise has to go to the staff who were really helpful and polite. city centre with car park so once there, great amenities nearby. Good value

We stayed in the Sligo City hotel 7th August while attending the Fleadh, we stayed in a family room. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are efficient, friendly and very accommodating. Staff were very friendly. At times I felt that there should have been more staff but they coped well. Food was really very nice. Very nice steak. Drinks were average for the area. Had live entertainment like most Irish pubs. All in a pleasant experience.

The hotel is soo central, and directly opposite a shopping centre. We stayed for two nights and ate in the hotel the two evenings as the food was absolutely delicious, and very reasonable. Rooms lovely, teeny bit...
