My family and I booked a suite in the 6th floor, stayed there for four nights. The curtains was poor, the window untidy. In the bathroom the water didn't flow out of the washbasin. We said it at the reception, somebody came, looked, said hmmm and went away, without doing anything. The chairs at the balcon are broken. We asked...

Dear Lisa B I am very sorry to hear that you felt that we at the hotel were looking down on you as a single mother, let me assure you that our only concern on the morning of your departure was the safety of your son. I was one of the people that you met upstairs, a few minutes earlier...

I'm not sure what I expected, but the fact that I drove past this hotel twice whilst looking for it, says a lot. The pictures lead you to believe it is an impressive structure, but really, its just a building added onto other buildings on a bridge. I was checked in briskly, by a receptionist who walked past me twice...

Dear Reviewer Thank you for your review of The Glasshouse, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not satisfactory, I can't explain what happened on the night of your stay with our wifi as we do not have issues usually with this. The fuse box issue was a maintenance issue that should not have occured, I apologise for...

Arrived and while checking in was told about the three award winning chefs that worked in the kitchen so we decided to eat there, big mistake. If there is an award for serving cold lamb on cold mash along with a unpeeled and unwashed carrot, grey cold chicken maryland then I suppose these guys are top of their class. I...

This is a modern hotel which sits on the banks of the River Garavogue in the centre of Sligo. It has a basement car park which is not owned by the hotel which is 3 Euros per day. It is busy but we found somewhere to park. You can take the lift straight from the car park to the Hotel...
