The Hospitality of the owners was top notch. We had a wonderful time visiting and looking around their small property. Very comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Made to order breakfast was perfect. When leaving, we received great sight seeing suggestions and directions. Couldn't be happier.

The b and b was in a very good location and close to downtown Waterford. The room was clean and cozy. We were greeted by the host and he was very cordial. Breakfast the next morning was good and well catered.

We found Terrance and Anne very accommodating during our stay in Waterford. While we were there, the city centre had been blocked off due to a fair. Our proprietors knew we had wanted to go into town to tour the city, especially the Crystal Factory. Terrence, who will suggest places, buses, etc. to take, understood our frustration while trying to...

We enjoyed one night in Waterford at this lovely well maintained B&B. Room was spacious and well outfitted. Breakfast was great and well catered for. Host was nice and location was good just a few minutes drive from the CBD. Would recommend for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay and first ever Irish breakfast. Anne did an outstanding job. We loved the location and area. Took a nice walk in the B & B area. Convenient to Waterford - Waterford Crystal, Munster Bar, Reginald's Tower and Christ Church Cathedral. Loved the garden area.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Joseph's in Waterford. The location was very convenient for getting into town. We had a car and it was a direct route on the same road to get there, just a couple minutes drive. Otherwise there is a bus stop across the street. Everything was clean and neat and our beds and comforters...

We four (husband, sister and her husband) found a gem when we were referred (by a stop at a location that was full) to St. Joshephs B&B. Their warm reception was followed by bright, clean, charming rooms with a lounge available for us to visit and play our game of Scrabble in private later. Their breakfast was first class. We...

We were two adult couples looking to stay in Waterford to visit family so we were hoping for somewhere pleasant to enjoy the long weekend and conveniently located near to the town centre. St Joseph's offers a beautifully-kept home and garden with pleasantly decorated and impeccably clean rooms. We were extremely pleased with the accomodation. The hosts Anne and Terry...

Great, clean bed and breakfast with friendly and helpful hosts. The location is directly across from a bus stop, which is great if you are using public transportation as we were. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed breakfast the next day. Overall it was a great stay. If we are in Waterford again, we would stay there.

Nice place to stay and a short drive to the Waterford Crystal Factory. Ate at Muenster Bar which was quite good. Would also recommend Kite Glass Factory which is within walking distance of the Waterford Crystal Factory.
