I can confirm our experience was very good. Yes, as per the other reviews, the place is tired and old fashioned but what do people expect when they have got a great price for their stay. The staff we met and spoke too were really nice and helpful, they guy at the desk next morning was sullen enough but still...

I booked this place on line as the house I was born in was in the same street. Thank heavens I only booked one night. The front entrance and lobby need a spruce up, very unappealing when you arrive. The young fellow on the desk was courteous but not friendly. My room on the second floor was like the rest...

A great place to stay. Spotless rooms, basic but what do you need other than a bed and bathroom? Staff very friendly with a good selection for breakfast. We have stayed a few times now and would always book again when in Waterford. A special thanks to Cathy.😊

Nothing appealing about this Hotel. Minute I pulled up outside I knew I'd boobed.. Staff are not interested,,absolutely devoid of personality. Trailed myself up narrow stairs to the very top or the house and was met by the smallest Attic room I've ever seen . Had to trundle back down to get the remote for the TV .(as if they...

I came here on a business trip and I was not impressed. The rooms were dirty. The toilet was faulty and noisy, with a cracked seat. Visible dirt on the two drinking glasses in the bathroom. Stains on the walls and carpets. Spiders and cobwebs on the windowsill. For "hygiene reasons" you aren't allowed to eat in the rooms? Or...

Hi all, Just to say that this B&B is a superb place to stay, be it short or long stay. The staff of Paul, Ray, Jason, Catherine to name a few are so friendly and accommodating that I would have no hesitating in staying in this great place. The bar down stairs has some of the funniest and friendly people...
