Could be amazing if had a few million spent on it! Beautiful building but everything is very old and in need of upgrading desperately! Staff very accommodating but the state of disrepair overwhelms the whole feel of the hotel! Suited us for one night but would not have liked it for any longer!

We visited the Spa for a Valentines couples Mud Rasul. On exiting the main hotel lobby and making our way through the garden to the spa entrance we both noticed how tired the place looked. Dirty windows, rust, and generally in need of a good tidy up. We were greeted in Spa reception by the lovely Laura, who was wonderful...

This hotel is absolutely worth the visit. Old and classy and very nice. Rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is nice and the staff are very friendly. In addition, this is a spa hotel so here you can definitive combine business and pleasure.

I was staying at the Hotel for two nights as a little Valentines treat. Although the place has an enormous potential to be wonderful it felt tired and worn, we rented a premium room which is charged extra, the bathroom needs a good lick of paint and a scrub, we found a few hairs from previous guests it also had...

I attended with friends as a special gift for one of them as a birthday present. We booked the Spa and afternoon tea. The Spa was fantastic and the staff made us feel really special. Unfortunately they were let down by the hotel staff - we had to wait 45 minutes for our afternoon tea which only arrived when we...

We visited the hotel for 1 night to enjoy SPA on weekend. SPA was good, though steam room and sauna are very tiny rooms and sauna was not hot at all. We were staying in a nice spacious room, it was clean and comfortable. Just one thing is that the mattress was not proper hotel standard mattress, it was very...

We went for afternoon for my 70th birthday and it started like Fawlty Towers. The hotel must have staffing problems as not many around. We felt as if we had arrived a few hours early as nobody seemed ready for us and there was no table laid. The room was very shabby and badly needs decorating. When we eventually got...

We stayed overnight for a company due as the first stay away as a couple (one vegan) without our child. The staff on arrival couldn't have been more friendly even booked taxis for me as my network didn't have much signal in the hotel. The spa would have been amazing 10 years ago, but not it was a incredibly pleasant...
