We visited the Woodenbridge with our Irish family for a Sunday lunch. The food was exceptional especially the beef and yorkshire pudding, although it would have been even better if we had been served roast potatoes as we were given boiled which are not right with a roast!! Other than than, gorgeous dinner, great service, perfect Guinness and very tolerant...

Myself and my partner stayed here last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel reception area is so warm and welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. The residents' lounge is lovely, with a fire and lamps and candles and loads of old books, a lovely place to relax and read, or have one of their lovely coffees and...

I've stayed in this hotel a number of times most recently in 2015. Although it has charming old fashioned decor and ambience, the staff, service and food are absolutely top class. The rooms in the hotel are full of character and old world charm however the rooms in the lodge across the road are a bit more generic, both very...

Spent a weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed the break. We had a lovely room called DeValera. The rooms all seem to be named. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
