Silver Strand is definitely the most amazing beach along the Wicklow shore. It looks absolutely foreign with it's caramel sands and wild cliffs around. You need to pay 10 euros per car as an entrance fee as it's located within the Private Caravan & Camping park but it is definitely worth it! If you are only coming for a visit... More

We had a very lovely stay! The host is very friendly and will help you in any way he can. Because the campsite is right next to the ocean there is a lovely view! If you are lucky you may get to see some baby seals as there is a beach linked to the campsite. The bathroom facilities are basic... More

3 nights just completed at this camp site and I can safely recommend it. Clean and tidy and stunning views out to sea. The private cove is a must. We had the pleasure of watching a mother and father with their baby seal on the beach. The owners are polite and informative and a well stocked camp shop. A great... More

Camped for two nights here to visit Wicklow Town and do some fishing along the coastline. Place seemed very well organised on arrival. Manager John gave directions to my spot in the southern park on arrival. The shop on site is well stocked. Plenty of space in both parks. The road, as others have mentioned, runs alongside the back end... More

Absolutely love this site, great scenery, beautiful beach, relaxing and peaceful destination. The facilities are just enough not, any more and it would spoil the ambience. Been once already this year and can't wait for my next visit next weekend. The camp site is ideal for families and the space between pitches can be as small or big as you... More

We have just returned from a 3 day visit at Wolohans Caravan & Camping Park and were very sad to leave. It is easily accessible and centrally located for all the attractions Co Wicklow has to offer but we actually cut short 2 day trips and came back to the site early to simply enjoy the stunning views and the... This was our first visit to Wolohans and it was well worth it. The sea views are spectacular and they even have a nice private beach. Most pitches are on a hill but that shouldn't be a problem for camper vans and caravans, there are some flatter areas for tents. The facilities are clean and well maintained however the showers... I was ready to head down to Wolohans as my brother in law booked the day before for me, I rang the owner and told him there was an additional child (3 years old!) coming with us so the total people will be 2 adults and 2kids, instead of 2 adults 1 child, that was it, I rang just to... More

We visited there for 2 nights in July, this is a nice spacious campsite, nice and quiet with amazing sea views. The owner is very helpful, and runs the place well. got 2 great nights sleep also as the owner does not allow any noise after 11pm which was great considering I was travelling with my 2 young kids also.... “I gave sleep quality an excellent, but this was with rain so heavy that you couldn't hear anything else. I don't know what it would be like in good conditions. However, one advantage of not having clearly demarcated pitches is that the ground is a bit softer than some sites I've been to.”
