This hotel is set back off the road and driving past you wouldn't realise there was accommodation available as the rooms are set at the back of the property and attached to the hotel. We stayed overnight mid week so there was no noise from the hotel but I would be hesitant to stay on a Friday or Saturday night... More

The town closes at 4:30 PM. The property is a casino with rooms attached in back. Bathroom is small, and the sink is smaller than a 15" laptop; impossible to wash face, shave or put head near water. The shower is very slippery, and the rooms are old. The beds are OK. But for your money, stay in Davenport or... More

Room was very basic had recently been refurbished but was clean and all I needed as I had chosen to travel up the night before being admitted to hospital very early the next morning. My partner ordered room service which he thoroughly enjoyed, it wasn't fancy but a decent meal. Rooms would be OK for just spending the night but... More

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. The bistro annoyed me to some degree. $27 for a steak and chips. Okay but then to be charged $4 for gravy is annoying. Charging $6 if you bring a cake to me is penny-pinching and tacky.

Thank you for making time to review - feedback is very important to us as a business. I am sorry for your experience as there was obviously an error in processing your meal. Sauces are included in the price of steaks, the only time there is a charge for sauce is if an additional jug to this is ordered ($3).... More

We booked the Seabrook back in June for an event that was being run in the area. I booked a family room, a triple room and a queen double and put 2 people in each room as at the time of booking I wasn't sure of the numbers and thought I could settle it and pay for the extra people... More

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with how your booking ended up. I have addressed with the Venue Manager and she advised she had confirmed earlier in the week that you still required 3 rooms with 2 passengers each as the whole area was filling up for accommodation. While it wasn't pointed out that the family room had... More

Very nice comfortable room. The meals were excellent. The staff are very nice and friendly. They made us feel very welcome. There was plenty of car parking spaces. Because the rooms were at the back of the hotel there was no traffic noise from the highway. We would recommend The Seabrook Hotel to anyone travelling the north coast of Tasmania.

We were a little apprehensive about our stay at the Seabrook. All indicators pointed to a mediocre experience, the price, a few poor TA reviews and the fact it's adjacent to a pub. Couldn't have been more wrong ! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathroom belongs somewhere that charges a much higher tariff and the pub is amazing!... More

We stayed here for 3weeks on our 1st trip to Tasmania, we found everything about it excellent staff, food, it was a home away from home. We would recommend it as a great place to stay. It is close to Burnie & Wynyard ,not far from cradle Mountain.

We are very sorry your experience was not pleasant. We do try to accommodate guests in those rooms first of a weekend to avoid any hotel noise from bar patrons. We do appreciate your feedback however and will ensure it is noted for future. More
