We went to a black tie dinner at the Inn. Extremely friendly staff in a nice setting. Food was good for a bulk catered event served by staff for whom nothing was to much trouble. It's a quaint old pub, a little musty in places but full of character. We will definitely visit again.

Absolutely wonderful service by the friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Food was first class and i could quite easily say one of the best vegetarian burgers i have had, i was told it was made by the chef to his own recipe so compliments to the chef.

This is an excellent lunch stop if travelling north from London in the A1. They have a very good menu, good parking and literally just off the A1 so no need for a detour to find it. They serve typical pub food

We were here for a wedding in December. We stayed for 3 nights from Friday to Monday. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned everyday. The hotel itself has a country farmhouse theme to it. It was lovely. The food was nice and the staff are very hard working. The only disappointing thing we incurred was on the Sunday we...

We had our Wedding reception at The Sibson on Saturday December 3rd. Without a doubt, it was perfect, and we could not have asked for more! From our very first meeting with Diane a few months before, right through to the wedding day, everything was great. The marquee was beautiful, and even in winter the cold wasn't an issue as...

Arrived later than planned, to be told we had an hour for dinner as the restaurant was closing at 7 because it was an Xmas party night so the staff were needed elsewhere. Room was cosy but the bathroom was freezing & stayed that way with only the towel-rail coming on in the morning. This was made worse by no...

Who would of thought that a hotel/restaurant that can only be accessed from the A1 would be so great. Rooms large, bathrooms had shower and bath, which the bath was most welcome after working in the rain all day. Then a trip to the bar for a beer or two followed by a superb meal. Retired for the night feeling...

As said in title, room, location, staff & food where all very nice but the reason i have scored the hotel average was, i was staying for a business meeting in Peterborough the next day. There was no wifi in my room and poor wifi in bar area which resulted in me not being able to prepare docs for the...

Thanks for your review I have looked into the Wi-Fi issues in the bedrooms and added some more powerful access points this week. I have been in all the rooms and there is an above average signal in them all at the moment. I don't know why the signal was bad in the bar the day you were here. The...
