This B and B absolutely lives up to its promises. It's as lovely as it looks on the website and is such an easy place to stay and to feel pampered, simply by the quality of the room, furnishings, breakfast and hospitality. It's a ten minute walk into town, which I think is about right. The hosts are friendly without...

Amazing Place! Wow! Beautiful rooms; super comfy beds, lovely amenities; out of this world breakfast; great owners. You are doing yourselves a disservice if you book somewhere else. This place will make you want to come back.

We've just spent two nights in this delightful b&b. We took two rooms, one for my husband & I & one for my parents. The rooms were warm, clean & cosy. Simon & Amanda our hosts were really lovely & very helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. In short, we will definitely be back!

Have just returned from a wonderful weekend break and cannot speak too highly of the hospitality provided by our hosts. From arrival to departure everything ran smoothly and the quality of the accommodation together with the breakfast provided could not have been bettered. This truly was an enjoyable experience and one that we will be repeating.

It's a 5 min walk to both sides of the town centre. Betty's tea room, the new street with lots of restaurants. Really nice room, clean tidy and the bed is like sleeping on...

We stayed for 1 night in January 2017. It was easy to find, with parking and a short walk from the center of Harrogate. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given information about the local area. Our room was on the top floor and was a lovely room, well furnished, large comfy bed and decent shower...
