My wife and I stayed at the Ascot House Hotel for 4 nights in late March. We had a Cosy room on the first floor at the side of the property. The room was quiet, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional every morning, and we ate our evening meal on 2 occasions in the bar. Both times the...

We stayed at the Ascot House Hotel in March for a weekend away and what a great time we had. The hotel is gorgeous, a beautiful old building in a residential area and 10 minutes walk from centre. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. Room was spotless, overlooking the front. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely return...

My husband and stayed at this hotel after recommendation from my parents. We stayed in the Turrett Room which was beautifully decorated, comfortable, fully equipped with safe, complimentary tea/coffee, toiletries, ironing board/iron, etc and even has a real gas fire. Ascot House is conveniently situated within strolling distance of Harrogate and has its own carpark. Harrogate is a lovely town...

My hubby and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary from 22nd to 25th March. We had read the good reviews about the food so booked ahead for a dinner table on Sunday to celebrate our 29th anniversary. We were not dissapointed. The lovely portuguese waitress was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay and was justifiably proud of the...

This small hotel is well located on the edge of the main shopping centre and is well located for the many bars and restaurants on offer. It is beautifully kept with everything absolutely spotlessly clean. Our bathroom just sparkled!!!! It was so clean we went to find the cleaner and ask her what materials she used! Breakfast was also very...

Mum and I visited Harrogate for a one-night stay as we were having afternoon tea at Betty's to celebrate her birthday. We had never been to Harrogate before so didn't know where to stay, but the reviews were mostly positive for Ascot House and it looked like it was in a good location, just a short walk from the main...

Just been for a long weekend to Harrogate. This Hotel is wonderful. Unusually for us (2 couples) we had absolutely no complaints. The staff are sooo friendly and helpful (and great fun)! The food - well - just the best; so tasty and beautifully presented. The rooms were so comfy and quiet. Thank you so much. We will definitely be...

Wish I could have stayed a little longer. The hotel and service was just fantastic. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and the room was spacious with all you need for a short stay. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty, also had a good selection of cereals and fruit. A 10 minute stroll into the town centre for plenty...
