We booked this on a last minute website it had the room on offer for £59 room only a bargain in its self. When we arrived it was easy enough to find, due to its size and look compared to the surroundings :) the car park wasn't that easy to navigate and very narrow parking spaces, however where do you...

we had a good weekend in Harrogate, the hotel position was very close to the City centre. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. We had an executive room with super views over the city. Will definitely stay here again.

In Harrogate (lovely town) on business and checked into Holiday Inn with little fuss. Spacious room with big bed (2 put together but didnt bother me too much) and clean room. Only issue was slightly cold at night, especially on the 11th Floor. 701 Restaurant was well run with good choice of food available plus fantastic tasting bread! Bar is...

One night here , the room was so comfortable with armchairs- our usual (cheaper) hotels have only 1 chair. Parking was handy, below, but as previously said, glad we don't have a big car. Breakfast was fine at £10 each, would stay again if in Harrogate.

Stayed here one night and got room 1105 on the top floor at the rear of the hotel and next to the lifts. This bothered me initially but I thought, what the hell, we're only here one night. The lifts were no problem at all and we didn't hear a thing. The room and bed were large and we had...

Just what you’d expect (and want). Next to the conference centre. Comfortable, clean rooms, with fridge, kettle, ironing board and iron, well appointed bathrooms, massive ‘Kingsize’ bed. NO AIRCON, (No problem in February but on a hot summer’s eve the fan (provided) would need to be used.) Buffet breakfast covers all tastes, and best bought as part of the nightly...

Just had an overnight stay here and of course you know the brand so there were no surprises there. The hotel was clean and tidy. The bedroom was also clean, although there was no aircon, heating was a standard hot water radiator and you opened the window for fresh air (some may say that's a bonus). Bedroom was very clean...

Friendly and very helpful smart staff. Comfortable room and excellent housekeeping. Breakfast choice excellent and enjoyable. Overall the hotel is very modern and clean. Ideally situated to walk around the centre of Harrogate and for restaurants etc. Car parking was difficult to manoeuvre large 4 x 4 vehicle and spaces too narrow due to being obstructed by concrete pillars of...

Friendly staff, good security, quiet location and lovely bar. But.... the reality is that this Holiday Inn is being left behind by fast growing Premier Inn, who charge no more. The building is ageing and looks it. The furniture looked second hand. There was two sockets for us in the room to plug stuff into. Two! The tea and coffee...

As the Holiday Brand is one which has been established since 1952, it would be natural that some of our hotels may not be as new as others; but I must respectfully disagree that this means we are "left behind". I will be the first to admit that we may not have the newest furniture or carpets, but I am...

I stay here on a regular basis and always get looked after well. They are very handy for the conference centre and the town for food and shopping. They have an underground car park where you get direct access to the hotel without having to walk outside. The bar is a bit pricey but they do give you nuts and...
