This is a beautiful home with the most hospitable hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and Andy and we'll certainly be re-booking for October 2014 though I'll probably return before then. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and super-clean, breakfast excellent with plenty of choice.

We had a very warm and informative welcome from Tracey. Our room was warm and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities which was welcome after our journey and walk in the rain. Breakfasts were delicious and inventive. Tracey and Andy were very helpful and make that extra effort to make a good stay a great stay.

Wynstay is a lovely clean home with truly delightful and friendly hosts. Andy and Tracey are extremely helpful, efficient and go that extra mile to ensure you have an excellent and enjoyable break. A lovely Guest House. Close to all amenities 2 minutes walk to the centre of Harrogate. The owners kindly issued us with a parking permit which was invaluable as parking can sometimes be tricky. Very friendly hosts and nothing a trouble for them. They even supplied me with a sewing kit when my coat needed stitching. The room was lovely...

We stayed for two nights in this wonderful Victorian guest house. Thank you for your kind comments, "super clean" is something we always love to hear! The previous two reviews with yours, regarding a creaky floor are all related to the same shower room in the same room, our large king sized room. We are therefore going to have this looked into. Once again thank you for all your kind comments...
